Lady Liberty's is a locally owned bakery that offers a variety of cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and more. In addition to bakery items, locally roasted coffee and breakfast sandwiches are also available. Lady Liberty's aspires to be a gathering place for friends and family to connect, providing a warm and comforting atmosphere. We value fresh ingredients, sustainability, customer service, and community. We are open as of August 30th 2025!
Our Story
Lots of people come into the bakery and think we're from New York... which makes a lot of sense now that I think about it. But the reality is I grew up in NH and my name happens to be Liberty. I am the owner but I can't take all of the credit for how we came to be. I started baking for friends and family in high school and eventually had a small baking business ran out of our home. I was in the process of getting proper licensing when this opportunity fell into my lap. Since July of 2025 my family and I have been working to create the bakery of my dreams. It started with a lot of physical labor creating the space I wanted and continue to develop...
...That being said, we officially opened August 30th 2025 and we have loved every minute of it. Thank you Franklin for being so welcoming and supportive of our little business.
